Gregory Menikoff, AIA, LEED AP
With over 20 years of experience and exposure to a wide range of project types and scales, I draw on this variety to provide a tailored approach to every project. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania I worked in Tokyo for several years developing not only an appreciation and understanding of Japanese design but also an international perspective towards design that remains integral to my approach and values. My experience in the US and abroad includes both large and small firms and a full spectrum residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, science and institutional projects.

AIA: American Institute of Architects – As a member of the AIA an architect remains current with professional practices and subscribes to a strict code of ethics that demonstrate to clients and the public a dedication to the highest standards in professional practice.
LEED AP: Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional – The LEED AP designation indicates that an architect has passed the examinations and demonstrated an understanding of green building practices that meet the standards established by the US Green Building Council.
